Last night I went over to Gabo's house for some homemade empanadas. He has two friends that happen to be incredible chefs: Diego (from Argentina) and Walter (from Cusco). They cooked for three hours and we had the most incredible vegetable empanadas I have ever had.
Then we went out on the town for a little dancing. Fun, fun fun.
